Red Orange Yellow Ombre Wedding

Happy Tuesday everyone! You must be saying, “Jessi, you just did an ombre blog! What gives?!” I know, I know. However, I was just asked by my bestie to help her with her sister’s wedding that is coming up in July. Her sister loves red roses and sunflowers… My first thought is OMBRE! Ombre is a great way to marry the two colors without leaving you feeling like you have a ketchup and mustard problem. So, if your favorite flowers include reds and yellows and you are not sure how to create designs that are cohesive and classy, then this post is for you! Here are some of my current ideas.

Combining red and yellow can be difficult to achieve without looking outdated. Creating and ombre in which you start at red and go to yellow or white is a great way to incorporate all your favorite flowers in a classy way. Or, go straight up colorful to incorporate all of your favorite hues.

A fall wedding theme works well to incorporate reds and yellows. Consider oranges, yellows, reds and grasses to complete the theme. Using your bridesmaids as backdrops for you wedding theme colors is a great way to make the theme stand out. Ombre bridesmaids dresses is a great look! Have fun!
